Strive acquired 4,045 Bitcoin last week. The investment totaled approximately $335 million and brought the company's total holdings to 36,818 coins.

The purchases took place between October 12 and October 16. The average price paid for each unit was $82,803 according to filings submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

With this move, Strive now holds the fourth position among publicly traded companies with the largest Bitcoin reserves. The total value of these assets under the company's custody is estimated at $3 billion.

Funding for the reserve expansion came from the exercise of warrants that generated $369 million. The company also launched a new preferred stock offering aimed at raising capital for future digital asset acquisitions.

While Strive expands its position, MARA Holdings has sold a portion of its reserves. Monitoring data shows the mining company moved approximately $82 million in Bitcoin to trading platforms.
