MicroStrategy halted its Bitcoin acquisitions between October 19 and 25. During this period, the company focused its financial resources on repurchasing 204.9 million dollars in STRC preferred shares.

This move temporarily shifts the company's aggressive treasury expansion strategy. The organization maintains a stockpile of 848,517 Bitcoin units acquired at an average cost of 75,446 dollars per unit.

The company's current cash balance stands at 4.83 billion dollars. This amount covers preferred stock dividends and corporate debt interest according to official reports.

The repurchase of STRC shares occurs when the market value of the notes falls below the face value of 100 dollars. This operation reduces the company's liabilities and increases the amount of Bitcoin per share available to investors.

The company has not established a timeline to resume digital asset purchases. The market is watching this shift in capital allocation as the firm balances debt obligations with its strategic crypto reserve.
