Strive acquired 6,182 Bitcoin between October 17 and October 23. The total investment reached $511.4 million at an average cost of $82,732 per asset. This operation brought the company's total reserves to 43,000 Bitcoin.

The move followed the closing of a preferred stock offering. The company raised $630 million by selling 7 million shares. These assets offer a 16.67% yield at the issuance price with daily payments scheduled.

The company registered a new at-the-market equity offering program that allows it to raise up to $1 billion. The goal is to use the funds for future Bitcoin acquisitions or working capital. Institutions such as Barclays and Cantor Fitzgerald are acting as sales agents for this structure.

Strive's treasury strategy reflects accelerated growth in digital asset accumulation. In December 2025 the company held approximately 7,525 units. The current volume represents an increase of more than five times since that period.

The entry of large corporate treasuries into the crypto market changes the supply dynamics available to institutional and retail investors. This behavior increases buying pressure on the asset and raises the correlation between corporate liquidity and Bitcoin volatility.
