Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data passes through criptoiconews.com.br, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights. It follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, the LGPD) and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The portal is published by CRIPTO.ICO TREINAMENTO E DESENVOLVIMENTO PROFISSIONAL LTDA, registered under CNPJ 47.610.776/0001-97, headquartered in Criciúma, SC. It is the controller of the data processed on the portal.

Our data protection officer can be reached at suporte@criptoico.com.br. Through this channel you can ask questions, make requests about your data, and file complaints.

2. What the portal does not collect

The portal has no registration, account, password, form, subscription, payment, or comments. To read the articles you do not provide any personal data.

The portal does not sell data, does not do targeted advertising, does not build reader profiles, and does not make automated decisions about you.

3. Server access logs

Like any website, the server that hosts the portal records technical data for each visit: IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser type.

• Purpose: security, attack prevention, and site operation.
• Legal basis: compliance with legal obligation, because the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework requires retention of these logs, and legitimate interest in portal security.
• Retention period: six months, as required by law. After that they are deleted.
• Who else processes the data: the site hosting company, which acts as a processor and uses these data only to provide the service.

4. What is stored in your browser

The portal does not use cookies. It stores only two items in your browser’s own storage: the language you chose and the record that you saw the privacy notice.

These items do not leave your device and are not sent to the portal. You can delete them at any time via the Privacy preferences link in the site footer. Details are in the Cookie policy.

5. Live quotes

Quotes are fetched by the portal’s own server from market data providers and reach you through the criptoiconews.com.br address. Your browser does not connect to any of these providers, and they receive no data about you.

6. Read count

The portal counts how many times each page is opened, to learn which topics interest readers most. The count stores only the number of times each page is opened on each day.

It does not use cookies and does not store your IP address, your browser or any other data that identifies you. The totals may appear on the site itself, such as the number of reads of an article.

7. Share buttons and external links

The WhatsApp, X, Telegram, and LinkedIn buttons only open those services when you click them. Before the click nothing is sent to them. The same applies to links to our social networks. After the click the privacy policies of each service apply.

8. Messages to the newsroom

If you write to suporte@criptoico.com.br or via WhatsApp, your name, contact, and message are used only to reply and, when applicable, correct an article. They are not used for advertising.

We keep the conversation for the time necessary for the response and for the defense of rights, if needed.

9. Sharing and international transfer

Data are shared only with the hosting company, within the limits of the service, and with authorities when there is a court order or legal obligation.

When a provider has servers outside Brazil, the transfer follows the rules of article 33 of the LGPD.

10. Security

The portal operates only with a secure connection (HTTPS), uses security rules that prevent execution of third-party code, and restricts server access to authorized people. No system is completely immune to failures. If an incident occurs that poses a risk to you, it will be communicated to those affected and to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as required by law.

11. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can request at any time:

• confirmation that we process your data and access to them
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
• anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law
• portability of data to another provider
• information about the parties with whom the data were shared
• objection to processing carried out without your consent, when it does not comply with the law
• revocation of consent, when it was the basis for the processing

Requests are made by e-mail to suporte@criptoico.com.br. We respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also file a complaint with the ANPD, at gov.br/anpd.

12. Children and adolescents

The portal is directed at an adult audience and does not intentionally collect data from children or adolescents.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the portal changes or the law requires. The effective version date appears at the top of this page. If the portal starts using cookies, forms, or any other data collection, the policy will be updated beforehand and the privacy notice will appear again for all readers.
