Serhii Beskrestnov says delays in missile warnings have led to civilian deaths in Ukraine

Presidential advisor Serhii Beskrestnov stated that Ukraine is struggling due to a lack of timely warnings regarding Russian attacks. According to him, the absence of precise information from the United States has caused civilian deaths during ballistic missile strikes.
Beskrestnov reported that data arrives late or in an inconsistent manner. In one recent episode, the alert was issued only one minute before impact. The advisor described the situation as dangerous and stated that the Ukrainian government is seeking clear explanations for these failures.
The White House denied any change in intelligence sharing with Kyiv. American officials maintain that cooperation remains unchanged despite suspicions raised by Ukrainian government figures regarding potential political motivations.
President Volodymyr Zelensky previously mentioned a three-day interruption in the flow of information. He expressed gratitude for the restoration of the service although he acknowledges that the quality of the data still shows instabilities that affect the safety of the population.
Beyond the issues regarding intelligence, Beskrestnov cited ongoing restrictions on the use of the Starlink network. The scenario of uncertainty regarding the continuity of logistical and informative support is creating diplomatic tensions between the two countries.
