The volume of tokenized stock trading has seen a sharp increase in international markets. Recent data shows that volume on the Robinhood network rose from 526 million dollars in July to 11.31 billion dollars in September.

Despite this growth, major American corporations have formally expressed resistance to the model. Companies such as Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Alphabet, and McDonald's have requested the removal of their shares from the platform proposed by OKX in partnership with the Intercontinental Exchange.

Currently, about 25% of the 62 companies listed in the initial OKXICE platform proposal have issued formal objections. This movement reflects a standoff regarding the rights of token holders, specifically concerning voting rights and corporate governance.

The central debate revolves around uncertainty regarding how these assets will be priced in a continuous trading environment. Blockchain technology promises greater liquidity and accessibility, but it faces significant regulatory and corporate challenges in the United States.

The expansion of tokenized assets may increase volatility and liquidity fragmentation between traditional and digital markets. This shift affects the risk perception of the dollar and the correlation between Bitcoin and global financial market assets.
