Bitcoin's hashrate has recorded a recovery of approximately 45% since the lows observed in the summer. The metric jumped from 726 exahashes per second in July to roughly 1,050 EH/s this Wednesday.
Ki Young Ju, founder of CryptoQuant, states that the movement reflects institutional backing. Large public miners have the support of traditional financial market players, which strengthens the network's security and fundamentals as a store of value.
Publicly traded companies, such as NIP Group, continue to expand their operational capacity to increase production. NIP Group announced an agreement to acquire 4.47 EH/s in installed hardware, aiming to grow its market share.
Although the current hashrate shows growth, it remains below the peak recorded in October 2025. At that time, the network reached 1,305 EH/s while the price of Bitcoin traded above 111,000 dollars.
The expansion of computing power alters the perception of systemic risk by confirming continuous investment from large capital into network infrastructure. This scenario may influence Bitcoin volatility by reinforcing the long-term confidence of market participants.
