The Ukrainian air force reported that it received early warnings from Western allies for only one of two ballistic missile attacks that occurred overnight. Ukrainian officials have repeatedly stated that some bombardments against Kyiv took place without any prior notification.

United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio denied that there has been a pause in intelligence sharing with the Ukrainian government. He stated that the current focus should be the pursuit of an end to the conflict that has already lasted more than four years.

Ukraine uses the Starshield system to detect high-speed ballistic missiles launched by Russia. This service is the military version of the Starlink satellite network and serves as a foundation for defense against recurring attacks on the country's cities.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously declared that the flow of information had been interrupted but that access was later restored. The Ukrainian leader also mentioned concerns regarding other recent actions by the United States, including the import of Russian diesel and the suspension of sanctions against Moscow.

The United States government maintains its position that there was no suspension in the delivery of strategic data. Dialogue regarding a potential meeting between global leaders to negotiate an end to hostilities remains on the international agenda.
