Polygon Labs has announced the expansion of its Open Money Stack to the Solana network. The toolkit allows companies to connect traditional bank accounts to crypto wallets and global payment systems.
The decision follows the addition of support for the Tron network and Polygon's acquisition of Coinme. The service simplifies fund reception, customer wallet creation, and payment execution across different blockchain networks.
Market data shows that Solana recorded approximately 5.76 trillion dollars in stablecoin transfers between January and October. During the same period, the Tron network moved 6.94 trillion dollars in stable assets.
Executive Marc Boiron stated that client demand and the high volume of stablecoin activity drove the move. Companies operating across multiple networks can now avoid the fragmentation of banking providers and routing services.
The integration provides access to dollar accounts and cross-border payment services based on stablecoins. The platform was previously available only for Ethereum Virtual Machine-compatible networks.
