Bitcoin and Ether exchange-traded funds in the United States faced a net outflow of $549 million last week. This movement reflects continued capital withdrawals by investors from two of the largest financial products in the crypto sector.
Ether ETFs were hit the hardest with $320 million in outflows during the period. The cumulative net withdrawals for Ether in October have now reached $955 million which marks the worst monthly performance of the year for these assets.
Bitcoin funds also recorded losses totaling $229 million in weekly outflows. This is the second consecutive week of negative balances for products linked to the largest cryptocurrency on the market.
Other digital assets followed the downward trend in investment flows. Solana, Zcash, and Hyperliquid ETFs saw withdrawals of $26 million, $19 million, and $18 million respectively.
Despite recent selling pressure the year-to-date balance for 2026 remains positive for major funds. Bitcoin ETFs hold a net inflow of $259 million while Ether funds have totaled $610 million since January.
