Nvidia has unveiled the DSX Pod AI Factory, a system that integrates seven Vera Rubin racks inside a standard shipping container. The equipment weighs approximately 28,000 kilograms and is designed for transport by truck on conventional roads.

The design includes all liquid cooling infrastructure and cabling assembled directly at the factory. According to the company, installation at the final destination requires only positioning and connection to other modules followed by validation testing.

This solution aims to drastically reduce the activation timeline for new data centers focused on artificial intelligence. The time required to begin processing tokens will drop from six months to a 14-day period.

The company is collaborating with manufacturers such as Foxconn, Lenovo, HPE, Gigabyte, Quanta, and Pegatron for unit production. The first deliveries of the system are expected in early 2027 to serve global customers.

The evolution of Nvidia systems, which have moved from isolated chips to complete containers, reflects rising infrastructure costs per gigawatt of power. The increase in deployment speed could impact demand for high-performance hardware and influence capital flow into technology assets and digital infrastructure.
