U.S.-listed XRP index funds have ended a thirteen-week streak of net inflows. Data for the week ending October 16 showed outflows of 1.84 million dollars, reversing the trend of deposits seen in the previous period.
The withdrawal trend hit several digital asset categories simultaneously. The total amount of outflows across the four monitored groups reached 575.91 million dollars. Combined, the withdrawals over the last two weeks total approximately 1.81 billion dollars.
Bitcoin recorded net outflows of 228.58 million dollars, while Ethereum products lost 319.97 million dollars. Ethereum accounted for 56% of the total withdrawals during the period. Solana funds also faced negative pressure with 25.52 million dollars in redemptions.
The net asset value of XRP ETFs fell to 1.47 billion dollars, down from 1.57 billion dollars the previous week. This decline reflects both the volume of investor redemptions and the market value fluctuation of the underlying asset.
The widespread capital exit from crypto funds reflects a shift in institutional investor risk appetite. This movement impacts digital asset liquidity in global markets and alters the supply and demand dynamics for Bitcoin and altcoins.
