RedotPay Weighs Confidential US IPO Filing
Stablecoin payment firm eyes pre-IPO funding round at a $5 billion valuation

RedotPay is considering a confidential filing for an initial public offering in the United States by the end of 2026. The Hong Kong-based company operates in the stablecoin payments sector and is looking to move forward with its stock market listing plans.
Beyond the public offering, the firm is in talks with investors regarding a pre-IPO funding round. The goal is to reach a market valuation between $4 billion and $5 billion. Recent data shows the platform has over 8 million users and processes hundreds of millions of dollars in monthly transactions.
The capital raising process faces regulatory and legal hurdles. In August, the company was targeted by a lawsuit filed by firms linked to Binance. The action seeks nearly $473 million in damages, alleging the misuse of confidential information to build a competing business.
RedotPay denies all accusations and states it will defend itself against the claims in court. The company also previously refuted reports that it had delayed its listing plans. Company representatives emphasize that work with partners on the IPO process remains ongoing.
The shift of crypto asset companies toward traditional regulated markets may increase institutional risk perception and influence Bitcoin liquidity in centralized trading environments.
