Bitcoin exchange-traded funds in the United States saw net outflows of $643 million on October 30. This volume of withdrawals completely eclipsed the $440.8 million that entered the market between Monday and Thursday of the same week.

This negative movement resulted in a weekly net outflow of $202.4 million. Five of the twelve monitored funds experienced significant redemptions during the period. The remaining seven funds recorded no meaningful inflows or outflows for the day.

IBIT and FBTC products were primarily responsible for the high volume of exits observed on that date. No other fund managed to attract enough capital to offset the selling pressure seen across the ETF market.

This scenario reflects a reversal of the recovery trend the sector had shown in previous days. The data highlights a shift in the behavior of investors who use brokerage accounts to gain exposure to the digital asset without the need for direct custody.

Volatility in Bitcoin ETF flows may heighten risk perception in the global financial market and affect the asset's liquidity against the dollar.
